I have created a Paint.NET picture as an example. 

I will link the download website for Paint.NET and Photoshop in the comments and I will also link Photopea so you can look at that too. I hope you enjoyed the video. I am sorry if it lags a little bit. If you are looking to install paint, don't worry if you have a windows machine it would have been installed already. If you don't you can go to the Microsoft or Play Store and install it for free.
